Meet Our Exceptional Staff

CEO & FOUNDER

Monica Piper is a BCBA who is passionate about working with and supporting those who have special needs. She has worked with all ages in various settings including in-home, clinical settings, and adult rehabilitation centers. She studied Psychology at Cornell for her bachelor’s degree and then went on to Ohio State University for her MBA. She then earned a master’s degree in Psychology, specializing in Applied Behavioral Analysis. She strives to give every stepping stones family the love, support, and compassion that they need.

Outside of work Monica enjoys spending time with her two sons and husband. They enjoy traveling, playing games together around the kitchen table, and watching America’s Got Talent.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Crystal has an MA in Counseling and is a Board Certified and Licensed Assisted Behavior Analyst in Texas. She has worked in ABA since 2013.  

Crystal loves the passion and compassion that every staff member has here at Stepping Stones ABA Therapy. Seeing the kiddos happy and engaged while they’re here reminds her of why she got into ABA initially! 

She uses her clinical knowledge and dedication to the staff, clients, and their families to develop relationships with all of the Stepping Stones families and ensure the schedule of services flows efficiently for everyone!

CLINICAL DIRECTOR OF FRISCO & BCBA

MiKayla Williams is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over nine years of experience in ABA. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Studies from the University of North Texas and her Master’s degree in ABA from Arizona State University. She is passionate about helping children build strong foundational and independent skills that support meaningful, long-term success. Her clinical approach centers on meeting each child where they are developmentally and creating flexible, individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique strengths and needs.

Outside of work, MiKayla enjoys staying active in the gym, traveling, exploring new food, and prioritizing self-care.

CLINICAL DIRECTOR OF MCKINNEY & BCBA

Myra has eight years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for over four years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, with a minor in Psychology, from Texas Tech University, and later completed her Master of Education in Special Education with an emphasis in ABA from Texas Tech University.

Outside of work, Myra enjoys spending time with her husband and family, especially playing with her nephews. She has a genuine love for people, loves a good laugh, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to those she serves.

ASSISTANT CLINICAL DIRECTOR & BCBA

Angela Deloera serves as the Assistant Clinical Director at Stepping Stones and has been working in the ABA field for nearly nine years. She became a BCBA in 2022 and is passionate about helping children and families grow through individualized, compassionate care. As a Texas Tech graduate, she brings both knowledge and heart to her work every day.

When she’s not working, Angela loves spending time with her husband and their three young boys. As a family, they enjoy movie nights and playing soccer together.

BCBA

Rachael began her career in ABA in 2018 as an RBT and became a BCBA in 2023. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas in 2017, and her Master of Arts in Special Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University. Prior to ABA, she worked in mental health supporting children and adolescents in crisis. Rachael is passionate about bringing a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to her work, focusing on individualized care for each client and family.

Outside of her professional role, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

BCBA

Diana has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2019, gaining valuable experience supporting children and their families through individualized, compassionate care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Child Development with a Pre-Occupational Therapy focus from Texas Woman’s University and went on to complete her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas, graduating in 2025. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in March 2026.

Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to new places, and expressing her creativity through painting.

BCBA

Thomas Wesley serves as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Stepping Stones and has been working in the ABA field for four years. He became a BCBA in 2025. His favorite part about ABA is seeing the look on families faces when their child reaches milestones they initially thought might not be possible. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Arkansas and later completed his Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University in 2025.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys spending time being outdoors. He will often go to the dog park with his labradoodle Buster. Thomas enjoys running, playing basketball, and fishing in his free time.

BILLING MANAGER

Jessi has an MS in Autism and ABA and is a Registered Behavior Technician. She’s worked in the ABA field for 20 years. She loves getting to support stepping stones and seeing the daily progress each client makes.
